Josh McIntosh focuses his practice in the area of personal injury, criminal law, DUI, and estate planning. Mr. McIntosh also helps clients with other legal matters, including general civil litigation, advising small businesses, and consumer law. He has tried numerous cases in the Commonwealth to both judges and juries and has gained a unique insight into the legal system that he employs to provide his clients with high-quality, results-oriented legal representation.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Christopher Jackson, Mr. McIntosh worked as a felony prosecutor for the Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney's Office and as a federal Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable William O.
